I think you hit the nail on the head old boy. However they have kept their cre values of family, whilst western christian societies have lost theirs. Hence islam becomes more attractive for people feeling lost in porn, irreligiousness and general disrespect to all things once thought sacred.

this process of conversion is not happening amongst eastern christians however because the societal model is stable i.e family ties – just like islam.

THAT is the critical factor- the west is corroded from within and ripe for fall . It happens to be to islam because this is the demographically stronger group. if eastern christians were in similar numbers, probably we would see a return to christianity.

look at youtube or youporn- almost entirely western people. think how sick many of them will feel in years to come, when they have moved on but their porn videos stay there as an embarrassing reminder.

BTW the Lutherans , about 60% of the population, also hated Jews, as did Martin Luther. They of course have come a long long way towards changing.

Of course Islam oppresses women. Why aren’t men covered, hmmm? Why don’t men have headscarves and full costumes covering their sacred features that are supposed to be for their wives’ eyes only? Oh right, because Islam was cooked up by a man, and men are exempt from such expectations. And why so few women leaders? We in the West have had plenty. When I was a child a Pakistani family pulled their son out of our elementary school because all of the teachers were female at the school were. Yeah, those “oppressed” Western women who teach children reading, writing and arithmetic! They need to be liberated by Islam, right? If a woman is indeed equal, apparently the information that comes out of her is better explained by a man because……well, the Quran says so.

But is it any surprise? All three of the Abrahamic monotheistic religions were born from primitive desert cultures whose views of the world continue to become antiquated, stale and ridiculous as time goes on. You are free to follow any religion you want, just don’t blame “decadent Western culture”, because you were clearly too weak and insecure to embrace Western culture.
