Can it be true – UFO mania behind Peter Andre and Katie Price split?(www.allnewsweb.com/page6826826.php [Link No Longer Active]) Well, I suspect it’s just another conspiracy theory, but it’s every bit as likely to be the cause of the couple’s recent break up as the usual reasons conjured up by the tabloids. Infidelity, alcohol, money, blah, blah, blah.
Former model, Katie (is she not a bit old to be called that), and singer, Peter (thoroughly decent chap), both claim to be devastated by their parting of ways. The couple (or rather ex-couple) insist that it isn’t a publicity stunt aimed at boosting the ratings of their TV show ‘Peter And Katie: Stateside’.
So, to this business of Peter’s new found obsession with UFO spotting, which Katie supposedly isn’t keen on. It appears that friend and noted alien hunting fanatic Robbie Williams introduced him to the hobby. The former Take That star was described by Michael C. Luckman (author of Alien Rock: The Rock ‘n’ Roll Extraterrestrial Connection) as a ‘point man’ for alien beings, who acted as their representative here on Earth. ‘None of the experiences I’ve seen,’ said Luckman, ‘are in the same category of what Robbie appears to have experienced.’ Emphasis should, of course, be placed on “appears” – how many times has Robbie gone into drugs rehab?
But back to Peter. Whilst filming his and Katie’s show last month, he, and I gather she too, saw a UFO, something which he’d always wanted to see. By no coincidence, I’m sure, the shoot was taking place at Area 51 when they spotted the alien-craft. ‘What we saw was freaky,’ Peter said after the incident, ‘whether you believe us or not. It was the most eerie thing ever.’ Eerie it may well have been, but I find this far scarier:

Katie and Peter are just publicity seekers and this is just another case…the UFO thing. Shame they split though cos they are entertaining
